Artist Studio Space for Rent in London

- Rent a spot in our studio and create your art during our open hours: 10am-5pm daily or evenings from 5pm-9pm
- Limited to 4-5 artists per day, with flexibility to adjust based on demand
- Rent one spot or multiple spots for larger commissions
- Option to rent the entire studio if available

Artistic Expression in a Creative Hub

- Storage: Limited space available; please take your tools and materials home with you each day
- Your artwork can stay in the gallery until completed
- Opportunities to hang your paintings in the studio, subject to space availability
- Space also available for pottery and sculptures

Affordable Art Studio Pricing

- Monday-Friday: £25 per day
- Saturday and Sunday: £40 per day
- Evening workshops (Monday-Friday, 6pm-9pm): £50 for the entire studio (seated capacity: 12)

Art Gallery Representation and Sales

- Artwork will be rotated every 6 weeks to keep the gallery fresh
- 20% commission on sales will be paid to the gallery
