Use of Services
- Age restrictions: Our services are open to individuals of all ages, but children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Health and safety: You are responsible for your own health and safety while using our services. Please inform us of any medical conditions or concerns.
- Conduct: You agree to behave in a respectful and considerate manner towards other customers and studio staff.

Booking and Payment
- Booking: You can book classes or studio time through our website or in-person.
- Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking or before using our services.
- Refunds: Refunds will be given for cancellations made  e.g., 24 hours before the scheduled class or studio time.
- Payment methods: We accept  credit/debit cards, cash.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Studio cancellations: If we cancel a class or workshop, you will receive a full refund.
- Customer cancellations: If you cancel a class or workshop with 24 hours notice, you will receive a refund or credit towards a future class.
- No-shows: If you fail to attend a booked class or studio time without notice, no refund will be given.

Intellectual Property
- Artwork: You retain ownership and intellectual property rights to any artwork created during our services.
- Studio materials: All studio materials, including equipment and supplies, remain the property of the studio.

Liability
- Damage or loss: You are responsible for any damage or loss to studio property caused by your actions.
- Injury: You agree to release and hold harmless the studio, its staff, and affiliates from any claims or liability for injury or damage.

Data Protection
- Personal data: We collect and store your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
- Data use: Your data will be used to manage your bookings, communicate with you, and improve our services.
